Our team shares the same vision and mission. Our goal is to shape the future of the financial services industry in an innovative way that is accessible to everyone. At acm, we foster a culture of innovation where we welcome new ideas and recognize achievements. We have built a team with years of expertise in finance, technology, insurance, law, and risk management.
We are planning to grow rapidly and are continuously expanding our team. Our goal is to create a solid company structure that facilitates rapid growth right from the very start. We continuously search for qualified employees in various fields. All of our open positions can be found on the acm website www.acm-finance.com/career.
Even though the topic surrounding cryptocurrencies is very digital in nature, in the end, there are people behind it. Transparency is very important to us – it’s the only way to gain your trust. We would therefore like to introduce you to the faces behind the brand, so that you are familiar not only with the clear facts but also the people behind them.
15.1 The founders
I was born in Braunau, Austria, in 1992 and grew nearby. When it comes to crypto, I am one of the early adopters and have been involved in the crypto space for almost a decade now. For several years, I have had a company for equity management in the crypto market. By now I own various companies related to crypto and am also active in the area of training and coaching for both beginners and advanced users.
In my spare time, I enjoy fishing and climbing with my wife and two children.
I believe that anyone can be successful in in crypto investment.

I was born in Munich in 1986 and grew up there. At the young age of 20, I left home and moved to Kansas City the United States. I played soccer there and earned my bachelor’s degree in business administration. I then moved to London, where I attended a program for traders and traded oil. The next step was back to Munich to complete a dual master’s degree in innovation management at Munich Business School. In cooperation with Florida International University in Miami, I also earned a master’s degree in finance. I then founded a company, which I still own.
About three and a half years ago, I joined a family office and have been advising and assisting wealthy clients ever since. My areas of expertise include real estate, investments, company sales and retirement planning.
Privately, I am a fitness enthusiast and use my hobbies, such as CrossFit, boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, to balance out my work life.
I was born in 1971 in Munich, Germany, and also grew up there. I have a grown daughter and have been self-employed since 1996. Since that time, I have built diversified companies and propelled them to market leadership through positioning strategies. Due to my entrepreneurial activities, I have always been interested in investment opportunities across various asset classes. The majority of my wealth was invested in real estate and stocks until recently
I have now sold a large portion of my real estate and invested the profits in cryptocurrencies. I believe this is the area where the greatest opportunities can be found to earn high profits. At the same time, it allows me to directly combine my fascination with crypto with my own investment strategy.
Outside of work, I am very active and especially enjoy CrossFit and mountain biking. On the weekends, I spend time in the Tyrolian mountains to recharge my batteries. Another burning passion of mine is sports cars.

15.2 Our team members
Our founders agree that a company is only as good as the team behind it. This has been one of the principles by which the founding team has operated since day one. All key positions at acm have been filled exclusively with absolute experts in their respective fields so that we can achieve our common major goals. Our experts include seasoned crypto specialists, longtime entrepreneurs, financial industry experts, software developers, as well as professionals for risk management, controlling, graphics, and design, all of whom have impressive professional histories.
Alexander Maslo, Chief Technical Officer
I graduated from the Technical University of Ukraine with a master’s degree with honors. After graduation, I began my career as the first consultant in the EMEA region for the development of Cisco Enterprise Contact Centers. In 2008, I took on the role of a systems engineer at Cisco where I was responsible for smart real estate projects in preparation for the Euro 2012 European soccer cup in the Ukraine and Poland.
In 2012, I moved to Munich, where I became an IT architect at Bechtle. In the period from 2012 to 2014, I was responsible for digitalization for companies in the DACH region, mostly in the public and automotive sectors.
In 2016, I took on the role of EMEA Pre-Sales Lead and CTO at Cisco Germany and was responsible for the digitalization of the largest 45 companies in Western Europe. In 2020, I made the transition to Amazon Web Services to build the Technical Account Manager team. Since 2022, I have been working as VP and CTO at Huawei, responsible for all enterprise roadmap developments in the European region.
I have also been supporting the Ethereum token charitable project for the Clean Water organization as CTO since 2022.
I spend my free time with my family and run marathons.
Thomas Bottin, Sales
I was born in Cloppenburg, Germany, in 1969. I am married and live in Oberasbach near Nuremberg with my wife and two sons. For two decades, I have been working as an independent trainer and consultant in the field of sales and negotiation. I founded a limited liability company and am the owner of the brands Umsatzuni© and ReflexRhetorik©. I also studied economics at Helmut Schmidt University. Through my family trust, I manage my assets, which naturally include crypto investments.
I spend my free time with my family and am less athletically active than I probably should be.
Dennis Schwarz, Controlling
I was born and raised in Munich, Germany, and live there currently. After graduating from high school, I had the opportunity to study in the USA on a tennis scholarship. I graduated “cum laude” from the University of Missouri/Kansas City with a bachelor’s in business administration. I then returned to my hometown, where I earned a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on finance at Ludwig Maximilian University. I started my professional career at a management consultancy in the financial services sector. For about four years, I advised market-leading banks, insurance companies and asset managers throughout Europe on a variety of issues.
For six years, I worked in the controlling department of a leading financial service provider, where I was involved in corporate planning, controlling, and project implementation. During my career and studies, I completed a number of further training courses in finance, controlling and project management. Among others, I passed the exam to become a Certified Exchange Trader EUREX and have held the title of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) since 2018.
In my private life, I like to spend time with my wife and two children and enjoy playing tennis.
Michael Bumb, Bank services & Strategic risk management
The foundation for my career started with my studies at Saarland University in Saarbrücken, Germany, which I successfully completed with a university diploma in business administration. I also took MBA courses at the University of Southern Colorado in Denver, Colorado. I then began my career as a consultant with a global strategy consulting firm and was based in Luxembourg.
I and can now look back on over 20 years of experience in international banking I have gained extensive experience in diverse roles at a major Swiss bank as well as at a leading asset manager in Germany, especially in the areas of risk and compliance management, strategic planning and control, performance management, business models and process development. I see my core competence as my ability to transfer my experience from traditional banking to new and emerging financial business models in the FinTech/DeFi area and use and combine the strengths of both worlds.
For years, I looked at crypto assets from a banking risk/compliance perspective before becoming an active investor in 2022. I also intensely educate myself in the area of technical analysis. Meanwhile, I manage a project for HNWI clients to provide them with assistance in buying and holding crypto assets.
I am married and have three daughters. In my free time, I like to be athletically active and enjoy nature. On the side, I am a founding board member of a Lions International Club in Zurich.
Stephan Schöll, Graphics/Design
I’m a freelance art director and graphic designer. For over 20 years, I have been serving large and medium-sized clients, as well as start-ups, particularly in the areas of marketing, branding, corporate design, and illustration. Publishing clients also engage me for book and cover designs.
I spent the first years of my life in Africa and then made Nuremberg my home for a few years. I traveled extensively until pursuing my bachelor’s degree in graphic design, with stops in America, Costa Rica, Fiji, Papua New Guinea and finally Australia. With numerous impressions and my portfolio in hand, I chose Berlin as my creative home. At well-known agencies like Meta-Design, I was able to gain valuable experience for my own professional self-employment. After a few years in Munich, I moved to Augsburg, where I now live with my wife and two sons. Here we work as a creative team in our design studio, taking care of design projects for various clients as well as for our own stationery products with tremendous passion and commitment.
My profession, and especially my experience from stays around the world, have taught me to keep my eyes and ears open for new ideas and developments, and I am excited and delighted to be part of this project.
Marc Ebner, acm Academy
My professional career began in 1998 in sales at Merkur Versicherung. After an extremely successful 10 years in sales, I was put in charge of the Carinthia sales territory, where I was able to train, accompany and lead more than 100 colleagues as a manager and coach throughout the remainder of my career.
In my career in the financial industry, which now spans over 20 years, I have been able to build extensive expertise. In 2019, I decided to use this knowledge to start my own company and became self-employed in the field of real estate investments. Together with my wife, Kerstin, I run this company extremely successfully. In 2020, we expanded our investment fields to include various company investments and crypto investments.
Privately, I am a father of three children and live in Carinthia, Austria. In my free time, I enjoy sports and traveling around the world with my family
My greatest passion and expertise are still in sales and coaching. In my role at acm, I am responsible for the coaching academy.
For me, it is a matter of personal importance to ensure that people not only acquire financial knowledge through my training courses but also gain the opportunity to achieve financial freedom. My approach to learning is characterized by a unique combination of expertise and a fresh, fun learning atmosphere.
Deborah Fleischmann, Social Media
I was born in Linz, Austria, in 2001 and grew up near Lake Attersee in Austria. After graduating from high school, I decided to study communications in Salzburg amid the coronavirus pandemic. While studying, I discovered a passion for content creation and social media, and during this time, I got involved in these areas whenever possible. This gave me some theoretical knowledge, and I was able to complement this with practical experience by taking a role in the content planning of a small company near Lake Attersee.
In my free time, I dabble in fashion design and recharge my batteries in nature with friends and family.

Denys Petrov, Non-Executive Director
I graduated from the University of Radioelectronics in Ukraine with a master's degree and golden medal. After that I started my career at Ericsson as an Architect, with the following role changing to an Account Manager for Major Telco in Ukraine. In 2010 I continued my career as an Account Executive at Cisco, leading FSI and Telecom sectors. In 2014 I was assigned as Cisco Regional Manager for Central Asia with focus on Public Sector and Enterprises. At this time I entered Steinbeis University (Berlin) for an MBA program with graduation in 2017. Also this year I joined IBM as a Country Manager. Since 2010 I have been interested in Innovation and Problem solving Tools, with main focus in Theory of Constraints, Design Thinking, TRIZ. I am an author of the book: "Innovation. Business. TRIZ" and speaker at Silicon Valley Design Thinking Club. I studied at MIT 2019-2020 on the Executive program. From 2022 work at Google as a Director for Google Cloud Enterprise business in Central and East Europe.
I am a father of three and in my free time, I enjoy traveling around the world with my family.
